Regular Pre-Registration
Aug 3rd 2025 - Feb 14th 2026: $225
At The Door Registrations:
Full Event : $275
Day Rate (One Day Only): $90
Weekend Rate (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday): $185
Gala Tickets (NAL Fundraiser)
$25 in advance - $30 at door

We are using Eventbrite for our pre-registrations. There will be at the door registration as well.
Refund Policy
Conference registration refunds are determined by date of the refund request in relationship to the starting date of the conference.
60 Days or Greater 100% Refund
30 Days to 59 Days 75% Refund
16 Days to 29 Days 45% Refund
15 Days or Fewer 0% Refund
At the discretion of the Event Registrar and with Board approval all requirements and limitations may be waived in the case of death, accident, or illness. In such a case all fees will be the responsibility of the requester. Under no circumstance shall requests for refunds be honored if made on or after the day of the start of the conference.
Student Rates
If you are a student and have student ID you may be eligible for a reduced rate or a scholarship. Email us at sacredwheel@sacredwheel.org
Volunteers
We have some openings for volunteers to help staff the conference. Your work as a volunteer reduces your registration fee depending on the number of shifts you work.
